Thanks Axel for answering our questions: - What have been your biggest challengeson a personal and professional level as a woman? And .... What are your medium-term goals? As a Hispanic woman and a hard-working person, I like to take the job as president of a company that serves the automotive industry and has long been a man-dominated sector. I have traveled and worked in more than 30 countries and have known many cultures around the world that have allowed me not only to provide a global perspective in this sector, but to lead with great passion, security and determination. My goals are to be able to create an unprecedented impact on the automotive industry with the business network that I have been able to assure, providing a variety of innovative and cost-saving solutions to OEMs in their careers for building autonomous vehicles. - What would be good advice for young Hispanics who dream of being professionals or leaders? As human beings, we all have gifts and talents. Search within yourself in depth so that you can identify your own to let them shine, knowing that there are no limits to what the mind can manifest. Stand proud of your Hispanic culture, we are loyal, family oriented and highly educated individuals with a great enthusiasm for life. My advice is to realize your skills to be great leaders in your industry, no matter what, a true leader encourages other leaders. A good leader has a clear vision, is brave, has integrity, honesty and humility ... characteristics that we Hispanics have been taught.
